Returns & Refund Policy

  • 14-day return policy: Customers can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted unless the item is defective.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns for items that have been altered, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

  • Custom or made-to-order jackets are non-returnable, unless defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Please double-check measurements and design choices before confirming your order.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Customers must contact us at info@leatherentjackets.com

     before returning any items to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without RA numbers may be refused or delayed.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, defective products, or wrong shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

  • For exchanges, customers must place a new order for the desired product. Returned items will be refunded after inspection. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
