14-day returns: Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Contact info@leatherentjackets.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending an item back.
Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective product or an incorrect shipment.
Exclusions: Custom or made-to-order jackets are non-returnable unless defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly. Return requests after 14 days are only accepted for defective items.
Refunds and exchanges: Refunds are subject to inspection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7â10 business days of receiving the returned product. We do not offer direct exchanges; place a new order for the desired item and return the eligible original item for inspection and refund.
